Insurance 

We only accept Traditional Medicaid & Medicare, Anthem/BCBS, Care Source, UHC/OPTUM, AETNA and CIGNA,  Healthsync, Healthy Indiana Plan, HMO, Hoosier Care Connect Medicaid, Medicaid Hoosier Healthwise, Medicare Advantage HMO, Medicare Advantage PPO, Pathways, Pathways Essentials PPO insurance at the moment.  We are actively working on getting credentialed with multiple insurance companies. 

Private Pay

You can pay by cash, check, debit card, credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa)

Payment is expected at the time of your appointment.  Call today and ask about our rates.

If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full cost of that session. The reason is that we have reserved that appointment time for you, and, unfortunately — without more than 24 hours’ notice — often cannot make it available to someone else who may want it.
